Membership is open to families with children who are
kindergarten age or younger and who live in either the Armstrong
or Bradfield Elementary school areas.

The ABPA provides a great way to connect with families in your
neighborhood as well as educational, social, and community
service opportunities such as:

  • Meeting Moms Other of Kids from Newborns to
    Kindergarteners
  • Playgroups
  • Social Activities (for moms and couples)
  • Informative Meetings
  • Kids' Holiday Parties

  • Online Discussion and Resources
  • Fundraising for Kindergarten Classes

  • Wednesday, January 20th, 9:15 - 11:15am
                   Bradfield Elementary Auditorium ~ Speakers will be
                   Dr. Gloria McNutt and Dr. Mary Richey, Bradfield
                   and Armstrong Elementary Principals, who will speak
                   on Kindergarten readiness.  Kindergarten
                   registration packets will be available at this meeting.

  • Wednesday, February 17th, 9:15 - 11:15am
                   "Parenting with Love and Logic" with speaker Susan
                    Hutchison of CARE

  • Tuesday, February 23rd, 6:30pm
    Joint Preschool Association Meeting, ABPA, UPPA,
    and HPA at the Hyer Elementary Auditorium ~ Mary
    Flo Ridley from Just Say Yes will be speaking on
    talking to your children about sex: Empowering the
    Parent/Child Connection.  Spouses are welcome.

  • Thursday, March 11th , 6:30 - 8:30pm
    Annual Evening Couples Meeting ~ details TBA

  • Wednesday, April 21st, 9:15 - 11:15am
    "Safety Inside the Bubble" ~ a discussion with the
    Highland Park Police Department
